At Changing Lanes Recovery, we believe that peer support is essential to the healing process. We understand that everyone's road to recovery is different and unique, but our shared experience as people in recovery can bring us closer together. That’s why we offer a variety of programs, activities and support groups to help foster a sense of community and build meaningful connections between our clients.

Our company story began in August 2022 when Lenny and Cody Simons, with the help of Theresa Ouellette, decided to create a treatment center focused on skill building and weekly activities that promote health and wellness. Since then, we have opened our doors to people from all walks of life who are looking to find hope, healing and connection.

At Changing Lanes Recovery, we recognize that in order to remain successful in recovery, people need strong support networks made up of family members, peers and professionals. That’s why we prioritize peer support groups and activities that allow our clients to build relationships with others who are on the same journey. We also focus on creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages shared experience, understanding and empathy for one another.

We’re proud to be a 501(c)3 Non-Profit and we strongly believe in giving back to the communities we serve, and are committed to continuing our mission of providing high quality, individualized care to make a positive change in people’s lives.

At Changing Lanes Recovery, we understand that everyone has a unique story and set of circumstances that have led them to us. We embrace each person’s journey with compassion and are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment.
